We are always looking for partnerships with like-minded values to stock our brand. We thoroughly review each application to ensure we are the right fit for each other as our spots are limited.

Here are some of the qualities we look for when selecting retail partners:
• Brick & mortar businesses
• Bright, upscale & uncluttered displays with an assortment of high-quality north American made goods
• Prompt & friendly communication
• Orders & balances due submitted in a timely fashion
• Minimal inventory from competing brands within the business, particularly for our niche products such as cold process soaps, shower steamers, etc.

Upon approval, you will be contacted via email with a web link where you will be able to log in to our website and access our 2025 wholesale & seasonal catalogues, wholesale contract, order form and other pertinent information. If an opening order & signed agreement are not submitted within 3 days, the wholesale portal will close.

Wholesale Application for Pure Botanica Stockists
• As a Pure Botanica stockist, you will enjoy 24/7 access to educational resources about our new collections via the wholesale link on our website, along with a complimentary branded table top brochure.
• We offer low MOQs as a natural skincare wholesaler to ensure quicker sales and product turnover, providing the freshest products for your customers.
• Unlike many handcrafted cosmetics, you can proudly sell and display our collections knowing they are lawfully registered with Cosmetics Canada, labelled in both official languages, and include shelf life instructions.
• Purchaser may not sell products for any lower than our retail price, unless running sales or promotions.
• Purchaser is responsible for shipping and delivery charges. Please notify us if you'd like to purchase parcel insurance at the time of order, as we are not liable for damages incurred during third-party handling.
• Invoices must be paid in full prior to processing. Once payment has been received, your order will be placed in queue to be processed.
• Standard processing time is 7-10 business days (Monday-Thursdays) or 2 weeks. Large orders may take longer.
• A minimum of 2 orders must be placed within a calendar year to retain wholesale skincare pricing.
• We do not issue refunds once your order has been processed. All sales are final.
