Porch Pickups: Your order will be set out in our porch pickup basket at 9am on your scheduled pickup date. We cannot accommodate specific time requests, so please be sure to pickup your order as early as possible to avoid it sitting out in the elements. Once your order has been set out for you, we assume no responsibility for it (this includes theft or damages due to inclement weather or late pickups) and we do not send out pickup reminders. You will not receive a “ready for pickup” email from us; it will be set out on the day you enter at checkout.
Processing times: we do our best to process porch pickup orders within 1 business day and shipping orders within 3 business days. During high seasons and holidays, processing times may be longer.
Shipping: Please note that although we take every precaution to protect your items for shipping, we assume no responsibility for lost or damaged items once they have been received by third party courriers. If your items arrive damage you will be required to start a claim through the courrier. As a courtesy to our customers, we offer flat-rate shipping for parcels up to 10lbs. In the event that your parcel be oversized, you will be notified via email and sent a payment link for the difference in shipping costs. We only extend flat rate discounts to physical addresses - NO PO BOXES. In the event you must ship to a PO BOX, we will send you a payment link via email to cover the differences prior to processing & shipping your order. Only Canada Post can ship to PO BOXES.
Handcrafted Products: Our product collections are handcrafted in studio. Please allow for slight differences in product shape, size, colour and appearances.
Business hours: We respond to emails, inquiries & process orders during business hours only (Monday through Thursday from 9-5pm MST). We will do our best to announce holidays ahead of time on our website main page and social media platforms.
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds of any kind.
Refunds: In the event we need to issue you a refund due to a processing issue on our end (lack of inventory, etc.), a full refund will be issued to the credit card used to make the purchase, within 1-3 business days. In the event we need to issue you a refund due to a customer issue (accidentally placed an order, selected incorrect shipping method at checkout), you will be issued a refund EXCEPT our credit card transaction fees as we do not get reimbursed for these.
We at Pure Botanica do not hold a medical licence of any kind and do not make claims that our products will cure chronic medical conditions of any kind. We can only advise, recommend and make suggestions based on the scientifically supported individual properties of each raw material or essential oil used in our individual products. It is your responsibility to carefully read product labels, disclaimers, directions and warnings to ensure the product is right for you. If you are pregnant or nursing, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider prior to using essential oils or new topical products.
